Drink healthy – Kombucha Drink

Aperitif Kombucha

Components:

  • 90 ml aperol
  • 90 ml Kombucha by Laurent Black Lilac
  • 60 ml black or strawberry liqueur

Preparation method: mix all aperol, kombuche and liqueur in a champagne glass, garnish with fruit.

Sparkling aperol Kombucha

Components:     

  • 90 ml aperol
  • 90 ml Kombucha by Laurent Black Lilac
  • 60 ml sparkling water
  • Orange and / or lemon for garnish

Preparation method: Before mixing in the jug, be sure to cool the water, aperol and Kombucha, then mix and garnish with citrus slices.

Kombuchagria

Components:          

  • 1 bottle of red fruit wine

  • 5 l Kombucha by Laurent Black Lilac or Ginger

  • 120 ml of pineapple juice 2 cups of fruit mix (lemon, lime, peaches, oranges, cherries, strawberries)

Preparation method: combine wine, kombucha, pineapple juice and fruit in a large jug. It is best to cool it overnight in the refrigerator.

 

Ginger Flavour & Vodka

Components:      

  • Ice cubes vodka

  • Kombucha by Laurent Vibrant Ginger

  • Mint

  • Lemon

Preparation method: fill a small glass with crushed ice. Pour 1 part vodka and 1 part kombucha (or in any proportion) 50/50 or between 30-60 ml of vodka and the same kombucha to the top. Add a few sprigs of fresh mint and a lemon slice.

 

Acai Berry  & Ginger Flavour & Vodka

Components:  

  • Ice cubes vodka
  • Kombucha by Laurent Vibrant Ginger
  • Kombucha by Laurent Acai Berry
  • Mint
  • Lemon

Preparation method: fill a small glass with crushed ice. Pour 1 part vodka, 1 part Ginger kombucha and 1 part Acai Berry kombucha. 50/50 or between 30-60 ml of vodka and the same amount of kombucha. Add a few mint leaves and a lemon slice.

 

Ginger Kombucha or Classic

Components:

  • Raspberry or blueberry syrup to choose from 45 ml of gin

  • Kombucha by Laurent Ginger or Sencha

  • Ice cubes Raspberries and fresh mint for decoration

Preparation method: to make a smoothie, add 45 ml of gin and 40 ml of raspberry syrup to a 300 ml glass and stir. Fill a glass with crushed ice and then top up with ginger or classic kombucha by Laurent. Fresh mint and raspberries for decoration.

Acai Berry Margharita
Składniki:

  • Kostki lodu
  • Połowa limonki, pokrojona na 4
  • 60 ml tequila
  • 15 ml Triple Sec lub Cointreau
  • ¼ szklanki jagód (świeże lub mrożone)
  • 230 ml Kombucha by Laurent Acai Berry
  • Opcjonalnie: sól na szkło

 

Sposób przyrządzenia: wyciśnij po 1 kawałku limonki do każdej szklanki. Dodaj tequilę i Cointreau lub Triple Sec do shakera wypełnionego lodem i potrząsać. Przelej do szklanek wypełnionych lodem. Dopełnij każdą szklankę Kombucha by Laurent Acai Berry. Udekoruj dodatkowym kawałkiem limonki oraz świeżymi lub mrożonymi jagodami.

 

Elderflower Kombucha
Składniki:

  • 45 ml Ginu
  • 85 ml świeżo wyciskanego soku z grejfruta
  • 30 ml soku z limonki
  • 80 ml Kombucha by Laurent Black Lilac
  • ½ lub 1 łyżeczka cukru
  • Świeże liście mięty

 

Sposób przyrządzenia: dodaj cukier i 2-3 listki mięty do shakera i wymieszaj, wykonując 3-4 delikatne ruchy. Dodaj kilka kostek lodu i wszystkie pozostałe składniki oprócz kombuchy. Potrząśnij mocno! Przelać do szklanki (ze świeżymi kostkami lodu lub bez, opcjonalnie), wypełnić Kombucha by Laurent Black Lilac. Udekoruj listkami mięty i smacznego!
