Where did the idea for your own kombuche come from?
Kombucha is a very unique and one of a kind beverage. It is a mystical drink that is centuries old, and yet today becoming more and more mainstream. It is one of the richest and most active bacterial drinks on the market that is actually tasty.
What makes the Kombucha By Laurent different and unique is the way its been created, and the way it is growing as a product. Our motive to make kombucha by Laurent came from a true love for this fermented tea drink, and more importantly the lifeforce which can be found in it.
Our passion for living food lies at the center and is the core for our making and creating of kombucha by Laurent. It has changed our lives significantly.
Being a specialized and certified integrative nutritionist , and detox specialist making kombucha seemed like the next right thing to do.
Our kombucha is made based on extensive knowledge of the workings of the human body and many years of study in detoxification and nutrition. Therefore Kombucha by Laurent was made with this focus in mind. Detoxification, Nutrition and the proper working of the human body.
Laurent which is the face and creator of our kombucha by Laurent is a true believer in food being alive and containing life force (energy) in it.
He believes that the higher and more energy is in your food or drinks the more healthy, balanced, stronger and disease free you feel.
Kombucha by Laurent contains all of these elements. Life Force, High energy, nutrition. This is our main focus when we make our kombucha and therefore use only organic products, natural and unprocessed.
For our kombucha the main ingredients, which we are using and the products are made from come from organic produce and are off course 100% natural. As in our opinion it should be. Elements made out of fresh flowers, berries, spices, fruits etc. Only in this way the highest level of nutrition and balance is reached.
The beginning of our kombucha …
In fact our kombucha started in the back of a living food restaurant where Laurent was the chef and founder. A concept which is based on the food being filled with life force and energy. A low temperature concept. It is the only of its kind in Poland. Laurent made kombucha only for himself in order to stay hydrated and able to stand 16 hours in the kitchen.. But when the good costumers would come he would share a glass with them.
The guest liked it so much, that the production increased every month and soon became a brand with a real factory and is now becoming one of the best kombucha brands in Poland ! When you drink Kombucha by Laurent you drink adventure, real health and understanding of the human body with pure life force and energy!
