Kombucha in the kitchen

Vegan, kombucha pancakes fueled with ferment by Agata Gwiazdowska *

Ingredients:

*5 tablespoons of oatmeal

*100 ml @kombucha_by_laurent Wild Rose (the rest to drink)

*20 ml classic rapeseed oil

*20 ml coconut milk

*pinch of salt

*pinch of sugar

Preparation: Put oatmeal in a blender and blend until dust.Add all ingredients and mix again. The dough should be flowing and fluffy. Fry in a hot pan on medium power. Pancake is turned over when the wounds start to move away from the pan.


 

 

Express plum jam fueled with ferment by Agata Gwiazdowska

Ingredients:

*300g Hungarian plum

*200g fine sugar

*2 tablespoons of water

*100 ml @kombucha_by_laurent Wild Rose

Preparation: Pour sugar into a saucepan, add water, make caramel.Melt the sugar on low power until it turns brown. Add the plums washed and pitted. We fry for 20 minutes. Pour in the measured amount of ferment. We fry for 30 minutes. Ready. Serve it warm.

*  Agata Gwiazdowska is the youngest participant in the first edition of the “Hell’s Kitchen” program. Since then, she has gained experience in the most prestigious restaurants in the country, such as Warsaw’s Belvedere, Lif or Wino & Friends. Today he runs a catering company “PeĹ‚ny Brzuszek”, which supplies Warsaw’s kindergartens, and a modern event catering concept “Projekt Jedzenie”. And we invited her to cooperate.
