This kombucha was created from beech tree fermentation; fresh, with floral notes and perfectly balanced acidity. It stands out in terms of aroma, as for this line we have created a SCOBY that is much more yeasty, concentrated and filled with vitality. It pairs perfectly with light Asian dishes and any vegetable dishes.
