This Policy describes what personal data we collect and the principles on which we collect, use and protect your personal data.

3. For what purpose we process personal data

We process your personal data in order to:

  1. make a purchase of the product offered as a part of the sale – for this purpose, we process the name, surname, address, telephone number, email address or company data, i.e. name with address details and NIP. We will process data on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) of the RODO as long as it is necessary to perform the contract and until the expiry of potential claims.
  2. Handling complaints – for this purpose, we will process the name, surname, correspondence address, e-mail address and all other data which are necessary to examine the complaint. We will process data on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) of the RODO until the expiry of potential claims.
  3. Sending marketing information on Administrator’s own services – for this purpose we process your name and e-mail address. The basis for processing is the Administrator’s legitimate legal interest, i.e. Article 6 (1) (f) RODO. We will process this data until you object to data processing for this purpose.
  4. Possible determination and pursuit of claims or defence against them.. The basis for processing is the Administrator’s legitimate legal interest, i.e. Article 6 (1) (f) RODO. We will process data until the expiry of potential claims.
  5. Sending commercial information by electronic means, under the condition of your consent – for this purpose we will process your name and e-mail address. The basis for processing is the Article 6 (1) (a) RODO. Personal data provided to us on the basis of consent will be processed until you withdraw your consent to their processing.

4. How do we collect data

You have the right to limit processing – in such situation the Administrator ceases to conduct operations on personal data, except for operations consented by you, their storage in accordance with accepted retention rules, or until the reasons for limiting data processing cease to exist.

You have the right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes.. You can object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time, without the need to justify such objection.

You have the right to object to other purposes of data processing.. You may object to the processing of personal data at any time based on the justified interest of the Administrator. An objection in this respect should include a justification and is subject to the Administrator’s assessment.

You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if recognized that data are being processed unlawfully.

You have the right to withdraw previously expressed consent to the processing of personal data, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of the consent.

7. Security measures

The Administrator has implemented appropriate, compliant with legal requirements technical and organizational measures, ensuring the protection of personal data being processed, in particular protecting data against unlawful disclosure to unauthorized person, taking possession of data by unauthorized person, destruction, loss, damage or change, as well as processing incompatible with the principles of generally applicable law.

By using encryption techniques the Administrator ensures security of the integrity and confidentiality of personal data transmitted electronically. In order to protect User’s data sent electronically against being obtained and modified by unauthorized person, the Administrator has introduced the following security: SSL certificate, access to the account only after entering the login and password, securing the data set against unauthorized access.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to perform our services for you. If you do not provide us with your personal data, we will not be able to provide you with our services.
