Kombucha By Laurent is making kombucha in its most elegant and prestigious form. Imagine a refreshing, sparkling glass of champagne or sparkling wine… But without the hangover.
The delicate process in which we make our 3 flavours is a perfect and carefully created recipe where Laurent and his team, blends three organic and hand picked tea leaves brought to us from rural villages in China and Japan. Brewed from two different earthy and rich natural oolong leaves , and a fresh organic sencha green tea from the area around Longjing Village, Zhejiang Province in China.
Kombucha by Laurent has the perfect basis for this delicate product which has the characteristic of a gentle sparkling wine.
The craftsmanship we are using to create the Kombucha by Laurent, sparkling wine (champagne style) version goes back till the 15th century. When wine was aged, stored and sold in wooden barrels.
All of our 3 flavours: White grapes, Elderflower and Chocolate have been fermented in oak. We are combining two ancient techniques together, to give to you this beautiful complex sparkling wine like kombucha. Its distinctive style comes from the unique blend of organic tea leaves, and the sophisticated process. If you drink our Oak fermented kombucha by Laurent, which i champagne like, then you are drinking a symbol of elegance, sophistication, which you can pair perfectly for special occasions, celebrations, or dinner with business associates and friends.
We are proud to say that we are the first of its kind in Poland and surrounding countries.
