Complaints and returns

Where the products delivered do not correspond to the order, the customer should notify the supplier and refuse to accept the products that they did not order. Should the goods be damaged during transport, the delivery courier shall be liable for the goods.

Where a product delivered proves to be faulty, the customer is obliged to contact Kombuchabylaurent.co.uk after which they may send back the goods received and demand a refund for them. The customer has 7 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to make a complaint by email to: agata@kombuchabylaurent.pl.

The complaint will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt thereof by email to agata@kombuchabylaurent.pl. A written notification of the final response to the complaint will be sent by email or to the customer’s postal address. Failure to respond within the specified period will be considered as a positive response to the complaint. Afterwards, a message will be sent specifying the further steps, i.e. a refund or a new delivery of the goods.

pl shall not be held responsible for the quality of the products if this quality deteriorated after the products have been delivered to the customer and for reasons attributable to the customer.
