INGREDIENTS

Water, plant infusion (nettle leaves, peppermint leaves, hibiscus flowers, blackcurrant leaves, lemon verbena leaves, chestnut flowers), organic cane sugar, SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). Fermented on a cherry tree.

This kombucha was created with respect for the environment, which is why it is named after a woman who, in protest, lived in an old sequoia tree for 738 days in a protest. This way Julia Butterfly Hill saved the tree from being cut down. The activist, motivational speaker and founder of the Circle of Life Foundation, is one of the key figures in the fight for environmental protection.

Kombucha is classed as a healthy and non-alcoholic drink. Admittedly, there is a negligible amount of alcohol in it, but it is an inherent ingredient in the natural fermentation process and the amount depends on the production method and should not exceed 1.2% alcohol.
