The origin of our edition inspired by Spain is a true masterpiece. Thanks to Polish-Spanish collaboration, a unique kombucha has come to life that takes us on a magical tasting journey deep into the Iberian Peninsula. A translucent, sparkling liquid of golden colour, harvested in the vast orchards of orange blossoms under its sunny skies. So delicate and pure that it looks as if the honey has turned into very fine crystals. Our Spanish kombucha delights with the dry flavour, tannins and sweetness of top quality organic honey. A true masterpiece, noble and carefully composed. Inspired by Europe’s most iconic wine regions and historical writers.
