Terms and Conditions of the KombuchaByLaurent.pl Online Store

- The Terms and Conditions are based on Polish law and define the rules for using the store, placing orders, payments, delivery, complaints, and consumer rights.
2. Definitions (Glossary of Terms)
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms are used:
- Store – the online service available at www.kombuchabylaurent.pl, operated by the Seller.
- Seller – ROCOTO Sp. z o.o. Sp. K., located in Warsaw, ul. Powsińska 69/71, 02-903 Warsaw, KRS 0000782072, NIP 5213863638, REGON 383109272.
- Customer – any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity who uses the Store and enters into a sales agreement with the Seller.
- Product – goods offered for sale in the Store.
- Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller for the purchase of a Product.
- Order – a declaration of will by the Customer submitted through the store’s order form, directly aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement.
- Terms and Conditions – this document defining the rules of using the Store and the rights and obligations of the parties to the Sales Agreement.
3. Shopping in the Store
- Sales are conducted exclusively online via the store website.
- The offer is available to adults with full legal capacity, as well as legal entities and organizational units with legal capacity.
- Sales are conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- The store provides detailed information about products, including composition, nutritional value, allergens, and expiry date. The Customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with this information.
- Product prices are gross prices (including VAT) and are quoted in Polish zloty.
- In case of promotions, the store also displays the lowest price within 30 days prior to the reduction, in accordance with the Omnibus Directive.
4. Placing and Processing Orders
- The Customer adds selected products to the cart and then places the order through the form.
- After placing the order, the Customer receives an email confirming the conclusion of the sales agreement, containing order details, price, and delivery costs.
- The Customer may cancel the order before shipment by contacting the Seller.
- The Seller may, in justified cases, verify the order by phone (e.g., for high-value orders).
- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 15:00, within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase, but no later than 3 business days from the payment being credited.
5. Payments
- Available payment methods:
- bank transfer,
- online payments (credit/debit cards, BLIK, bank transfers) via PSD2-compliant operators.
- The Seller does not charge additional fees depending on the chosen payment method.
- Goods are dispatched after the payment has been credited.
6. Delivery
- Deliveries are carried out by courier companies.
- Delivery costs and time are provided to the Customer each time before placing the order.
- In case of delays, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract if the delivery does not occur within an additional specified period.
7. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day of receipt of the order.
- To withdraw, a written statement must be sent to the Seller’s address or email.
- Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the statement, using the same method used by the Customer, unless the parties agree otherwise.
- The Customer returns the goods at their own expense within 14 days of submitting the statement.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- perishable products or products with a short expiry date,
- products in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons after opening.
8. Complaints and Non-Conformity of Goods with the Contract
- The Seller is responsible for non-conformity of goods with the contract in accordance with consumer rights law.
- Complaints can be submitted:

- The store processes complaints within 14 days. Lack of response within this period is considered as acceptance.
- The consumer has the right to demand replacement, repair, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.
9. Personal Data and Cookies
- The administrator of customers’ personal data is ROCOTO Sp. z o.o. Sp. K.
- Data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, handling complaints, and conducting statistics, in accordance with GDPR.
- The Customer has the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.
- The store uses cookies for technical, statistical, and marketing purposes. Users can manage them via browser settings or consent panel.

10. Final Provisions
- The Customer is obliged to provide true information when placing an order.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions with 14 days’ notice. Changes do not apply to orders placed before they come into effect.
- Disputes will be resolved by courts competent under the Code of Civil Procedure.
- Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
